We are still continuing to have a problem with people turning out and not calling to let us know. Due to the amount of bull riders that we have and the limited entries, we feel that we need to enforce a fine to people that have a non-notified turn out. The fine will be $30 if it is a non-notified turn out. Your points will not count until your fine has been paid to the MBRA. If you know that you can't make an event that you have entered then please call Ty (406)240-4755 and let him know you can't come so that we can move somebody up from the waiting list.
